Scootergrisen

Hi There folks.
As a last hope, after searching the interweb... I joined the Scootergrisen forum, to find out if anyone have bumped in to the same issue as I have encountered.
After checking and testing all the systems, also clearing error codes, following the steps in the special aprilia thread here at Scootergrisen, I'm totally flabbergasted now. So far I have rebuild the the engine, new crank, bearings, cylinder, piston etc.
Measured fuel pressure, air pressure, replacing hoses etc, reading spark plug threads, how to adjust the gap, using different plugs and brands... Everything should be fine, spark and fuel is there but it barely fires up, and won't even idle...
Injection squirts nice, and when running with air injector, the mist looks very nice, no large drops.
So, should I regret that I ever bought a ditch with morini engine, or is there still some hope?
Anyone who recognize this...?
